Frogspawn has become tadpoles

The frogspawn has hatched and the tadpoles are free, but still choose to keep close together. They have external gills which make them look a bit shaggy.

The water has started to clear around the edges so more of the pond floor is visible. There were several flatworms moving along the bottom of the pond.

And I saw a saw fly (abia lonicerae)
